Rachel Dailey, MBA
Rachel is a visionary leader, entrepreneur, and community builder committef to creating spaces where women rise- professionally, personally, and globally. As the founder of The Elevate Collective (TEC), Rachel has built more than a brand. She has built a movement centered on connection, culture, and expansion. TEC was created for ambitious women who understand that success is not only about achievement, but also about access, exposure, and aligned community.
Rachel’s career spans public leadership, real estate strategy, and organizational development. Rachel’s deepest passion lies in elevation through experience.
Through The Elevate Collective, she curates international and domestic journeys, leadership development opportunities, and philanthropic initiatives designed to widen perspectives and cultivate powerful networks among women. Whether hosting luxury travel experiences, entrepreneurship programming, or community-centered events, Rachel is known for blending sophistication with substance.
Her leadership philosophy is simple:

A proud Florida native, Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University and an MBA from Aspen University. Rachel is currently completing her Doctoral degree in Public Administration.
She is a U.S. Navy veteran, where she developed the resilience, discipline, and mission-driven mindset that continue to guide her work today.
Above all, Rachel is a wife and mother of five. Family is her anchor, her inspiration, and her greatest leadership classroom.
Everything she builds — every trip, every program, every partnership — is rooted in one goal: to leave people better, bolder, and more connected than before they arrived.
Why I Started The Elevate Collective
I created The Elevate Collective because I saw too many brilliant women living beneath their exposure.
Talented. Educated. Capable.
Yet often confined to routines, responsibilities, and rooms that kept their vision small.
I knew firsthand how powerful it was when your environment changes.
When you travel.
When you sit at new tables.
When you build relationships outside of your immediate circle.
When you experience different cultures, leadership styles, and possibilities.
Your thinking stretches.
Your confidence grows.
Your standards rise.
And once that happens, you can never return to who you used to be.
The Elevate Collective was designed to make those moments intentional and repeatable.
I wanted a community where ambitious women could develop professionally, explore entrepreneurship, build meaningful friendships, and see the world — all in one ecosystem. A place where luxury and purpose could exist together. Where growth felt supported, not lonely.
TEC is for women who know they are meant for more and are ready to step into it.
Every itinerary we design, every program we launch, every partnership we form is guided by one question:
